Our Services
At Little Blooms, we offer nurturing, child centred occupational therapy that builds on each child’s strength; supporting them to flourish in their own way.

Our services are tailored to your child’s needs, from initial consultation and assessment to personalised intervention and ongoing review. We work closely with families and educational settings to provide practical, meaningful support.
Initial Consultation
A chance to talk through your concerns, ask questions, and decide if occupational therapy is right for your child. We’ll explore your child’s needs, strengths, and priorities, and discuss the best next steps together.

Therapy Sessions
Therapy is always personalised and may focus on areas like sensory processing, motor skills, emotional regulation, or independence.

We use a playful, strengths based approach and work closely with families and educational staff to make sure strategies can be used in everyday life.

Consultation
Consultations offer a chance to talk through specific concerns, explore strategies, and build understanding.

These one off or follow up sessions can support problem solving around challenges at home or in their educational setting and promote consistency across settings.
Assessment
A detailed assessment to build a clear picture of your child’s strengths, needs, and everyday challenges. This may include standardised and non standardised tools, play based observation, and information from home and educational settings.

You’ll receive a written report with tailored recommendations for support at home, in an educational setting, and in everyday life. Assessments can also be written to support EHCP applications.
Goal Setting
We work collaboratively with you, your child, and educational staff to set meaningful, functional goals. These goals help guide therapy and make progress measurable and relevant to daily life.

We regularly review goals together, celebrate progress, and adjust the plan as needed.
Training
We offer practical, personalised training to help parents, carers, and educational staff feel confident supporting a child’s needs.

This might include understanding sensory processing, using regulation strategies, or adapting the environment to support participation and independence.
Sessions can be informal and discussion based or delivered as structured workshops. Please contact for further information.
